中海辉固地学服务（深圳）有限公司是中海油田服务股份有限公司（COSL）与荷兰辉固顾问有限公司（Fugro）组建的合营公司。其前身是中国海油与英国雷卡公司于1983年合资成立的中国渤海雷卡定位测量有限公司和中国南海雷卡定位测量有限公司。
公司拥有世界上最先进的水面/水下定位系统、地质地貌调查设备、水下机器人(ROV)及水下检测维修设备，主要为海上油田勘探、开发、建设、生产、设施维修维护提供水面/水下定位测量、地学及ROV等专业技术服务。
公司拥有一支经验丰富的海上作业队伍及强大的技术支持团队，曾出色完成众多大型工程的定位测量、地学服务、ROV水下工程等高难度作业。依靠双方母公司强有力的支持，公司从2010起，先后引进了世界一流的深水ROV设备和水下定位设备，从而使公司成为国内同行业水面、水下定位技术最强，ROV种类最全、数量最多、功能最先进的专业公司。
公司总部位于深圳市南山区，并按地域和专业分别在深圳设立了水下工程事业部、工程测量事业部和技术中心；在天津设立了定位导航事业部；湛江、惠州与海南设置了基地车间。

China Offshore Fugro Geosolutions (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (COFG) is an equity joint venture of China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL) and Fugro Consultants International N.V. of the Netherlands. This Sino-foreign enterprise was originated in 1983 with the forming of China Bohai Racal and China Nanhai Racal under an equity partnership of CNOOC and Racal Survey Group of U.K.
COFG owns and operates the world most advanced positioning, seabed survey, and ROV equipment. COFG provides superior positioning, seabed survey and ROV services to the offshore oil and gas industry, from field exploration to development, and the subsequent inspection, repair and maintenance of subsea facility to ensure field integrity and safe production.
COFG has large pool of experienced offshore and onshore technical personnel. This enable COFG completed with excellence track records in many large and technically demanding offshore construction projects which involved complicated positioning, survey and ROV operations. With the continued support of both parent companies, COFG owns and operates since 2010 the world latest deepwater ROV and deepwater positioning system that meet client’s requirements in deepwater venture.
COFG’s head office and workshop are situated in Shekou, Shenzhen. Branch offices are located in Tianjin, Zhanjiang, and Shanghai that strategically encompassed all major offshore oil and gas activities in China.
